We are partnering with a leading independent investment bank and financial services platform with a highly established presence across UK mid-market M&A, equity capital markets, research and sector-focused advisory. Following continued deal flow and strategic growth plans, the team is keen to connect with experienced M&A Directors and Managing Directors who can help further expand their UK mid-market franchise.
The platform advises corporates, founders, entrepreneurs, financial sponsors and listed businesses across a broad range of transactions including sell-side mandates, buy-side advisory, strategic reviews, capital raises and public market situations. The business has particularly strong momentum across sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, Industrials, Business Services, Consumer, Financial Institutions Group and Energy/Transition.
They are interested in speaking with senior bankers who bring:
