The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate to join the London investment team, supporting a wide range of private equity transactions and portfolio initiatives.
This role provides a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to multiple industries and to contribute directly to investment decisions across the full deal lifecycle, from origination and diligence to execution and value creation.
Working closely with senior professionals, you will play an active role in shaping investment outcomes and supporting portfolio company performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end transaction processes, including deal sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, and execution.
- Conduct market analysis, sector research, and competitive assessments to identify attractive investment opportunities and trends.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, investment memos, and financial models for internal investment committee and client review.
- Engage with management teams, founders, and market participants to support relationship-building, deal origination, and portfolio value creation.
- Contribute to internal strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and sector knowledge development.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, corporate finance, or top-tier consulting.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across stakeholders.
