The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate to join the London investment team, supporting a wide range of transactions and advisory mandates. This role provides a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to multiple industries and to contribute directly to investment decisions and client engagements. Working closely with senior professionals, you will be involved across the investment lifecycle, from market research and opportunity assessment to execution and portfolio support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end transaction processes, including deal sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, and execution.
- Conduct market analysis, sector research, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and trends.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, investment memos, and financial models for internal and client review.
- Engage with clients, founders, and market participants to support relationship-building and deal origination.
- Contribute to internal strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and sector knowledge development.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or top-tier consulting.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across stakeholders.
- Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
