We are partnering with a high-performing, entrepreneurial investment platform focused on acquiring and financing long-term real estate assets across major markets. This is a hands-on role combining deal execution (~75%) and asset/portfolio oversight (~25%) within a lean, high-calibre team.
The Role
- Support end-to-end execution of real estate financing transactions
- Build and enhance financial models (incl. pricing, structuring, tax considerations)
- Analyse and challenge deal inputs, ensuring consistency across models and documentation
- Work with external advisors (legal, tax, valuers, asset managers)
- Maintain asset-level models and track portfolio cashflows
- Support reporting, risk analysis, and operational oversight of assets
Who They’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in IB (M&A / LevFin), real estate finance, private credit, or advisory
- Strong financial modelling skills (real assets exposure a plus)
- Detail-oriented with a commercial mindset
- Keen to move into a broad, hands-on buy-side style role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
