Are you a Window and Door Engineer looking for a new opportunity within a well-established home improvements company? Here at Everest, we value expertise, accuracy and high-quality customer service, and are seeking an experienced Window and Door engineer to join our growing team. Our Window and Door Engineers are essential to our business, efficiently and effectively assisting our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for installed products covered by our 10-year warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers' homes to investigate and identify the fault, and take the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards.
  • Demonstrating and explaining correct product care to customers.
  • Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
  • Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments.
  • Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device.

You will need:

  • Customer Focus, with excellent people and communication skills.
  • Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification).
  • Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, organise and rectify issues in a timely manner.
  • Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
  • A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week.
  • Full driving licence.
