What we can offer as a Self Employed Field Sales Consultant: Amazing earning potential with uncapped commission. Our consultants are commission only with OTE’s of £40,000 to £60,000 per year (and our top performers earning significantly more!) Fantastic rewards and incentives for meeting targets, including luxury breaks. Flexible working hours. Comprehensive training, with an initial training course when you start, and ongoing support provided. What you will be doing as a Field Sales Consultant: Attending product design appointments in customers’ homes. Help customers realise their vision using a creative consultative approach (with a little help from our bespoke design software). You will quickly become an expert on our extensive range of windows, doors and home improvement products. You\’ll know the difference between double and triple glazing and the benefits of uPVC over aluminium in no time!
