We're looking for a talented Paid Meta Manager to take ownership of our Facebook, Instagram and wider Meta advertising strategy, delivering high-performing campaigns that generate leads, maximise ROI and support ambitious growth plans across multiple brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on combining creativity with commercial performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning, launching and optimising Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands and business units
  • Managing significant advertising budgets to achieve lead generation and revenue targets
  • Developing audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
  • Analysing campaign performance and producing actionable insights
  • Running A/B tests and continuously improving creative performance
  • Working closely with our in-house Creative, Marketing and Analytics teams
  • Identifying emerging trends, opportunities and platform developments within Meta

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrable results
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation and conversion tracking
  • Experience with lead generation, ecommerce or performance marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes
  • Hands on paid social experience across TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads would be an advantage.
