Are you a Window and Door Engineer looking for a new opportunity within a well-established home improvements company? Our Window and Door Engineers are essential to our business, efficiently & effectively assisting our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for installed products covered by our 10-year warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers' homes to investigate and identify the fault, and take the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards.
  • Demonstrating & explaining correct product care to customers.
  • Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
  • Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments.
  • Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device.

You will need:

  • Customer Focus, with excellent people and communication skills.
  • Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification).
  • Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, organise and rectify issues in a timely manner.
  • Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
  • A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week.
  • Full driving licence.
