Role Purpose: The Senior Exposure Management Analyst will support the Exposure Analytics and Reporting Manager in managing aggregations across Everest International Insurance, with a focus on both internal and external reporting. This is across all lines of business – including Liability, Aviation, A&H, PVT, CPR and Cyber – as well as Property, Energy and Marine. The jobholder will play a key role in establishing and continuously improving exposure MI, working closely with underwriting, ERM teams, Group and regulators.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for producing all external returns required for Lloyds (e.g. LCM / RDS), and other regulators / pools (all lines of business).
  • Produce the internal Exposure Management governance reporting; including Underwriting Committee packs and Quarterly Exposure Management Committee packs.
  • Develop, update and monitor the RDS’s & LCM, including clash scenarios. In addition, develop new internal scenarios to support the management of emerging risks.
  • Provide post-catastrophe event loss analysis using both modelled output and GIS analysis.
  • Assistance in the preparation of reinsurance data submissions.
  • Support Global exposure reporting by ensuring local data quality.
  • Key involvement in enhancing and automating exposure management capabilities.
  • Support the development of the Everest managing agent (new in 2025) through collaboration with the Active Underwriter and actuarial.
  • Support the business planning process, including Lloyd’s SBF.
  • Develop portfolio optimisation tools with the Exposure analytics manager to enable UWs to make strategic underwriting decisions.
  • Support the monitoring and reporting of exposure data for non-modelled classes of business, including Liability, Cyber, Aviation, PVT, CPR and A&H.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience producing Lloyds regulatory returns (mandatory).
  • Experience working in a catastrophe modelling / exposure management team (+3 years).
  • Experience managing man-made aggregations e.g. Liability, Cyber (desired).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skill with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others, including senior management.
  • Strong technical skillset (e.g. Excel / SQL / GIS / PowerBI / Python / R).
  • Understanding of non-modelled aggregation tools (e.g. ExposureHub).
  • Ambitious and inquisitive, keen to work closely with Exposure Management Analytics Manager and Head of Cat to drive change in the Exposure Management function.
