Are you a Window and Door Engineer looking for a new opportunity within a well-established home improvements company? Here at Everest, we value expertise, accuracy and high-quality customer service, and are seeking an experienced Window and Door engineer to join our growing team. Our Window and Door Engineers are essential to our business, efficiently & effectively assisting our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for installed products covered by our 10-year warranty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting customers' homes to investigate and identify the fault, and take the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
- Demonstrating & explaining correct product care to customers
- Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer
- Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device
You will need:
- Customer Focus, with excellent people and communication skills
- Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
- Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, organise and rectify issues in a timely manner
- Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role
- A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
- Full driving licence
