Everest Advisors (UK), Ltd. in London is seeking a Counsel to support the Legal function by managing third-party risk, reviewing contracts and driving regulatory horizon scanning. The role combines contract review and negotiation with regulatory monitoring, template and playbook management, ensuring terms are risk-balanced and compliant across the business.

You will own and maintain TPRM templates and playbooks, coordinate with procurement and information security, and help train teams on usage.
