Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is currently recruiting experienced and motivated Support Workers for ongoing assignments across Ballymena and surrounding areas within supported living, residential care, community support, and social care services. We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to vulnerable adults and individuals with varying support needs including learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and complex care requirements. The successful candidates will work alongside established care teams to promote independence, dignity, wellbeing, and safeguarding within professional care environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality person-centred support
- Supporting service users with daily living activities and independent living skills
- Promoting dignity, choice, inclusion, and wellbeing
- Following individual care and support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and incident documentation
- Supporting safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- Working effectively within multidisciplinary care teams
- Supporting service users within residential, supported living, and community-based settings
Requirements
- Previous experience within healthcare, social care, support work, or domiciliary care preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to shifts and working patterns
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced AccessNI/DBS preferred
- Relevant training certificates beneficial but not essential
