Everest is seeking a senior risk professional to join the Risk Function, supporting CRO in developing and embedding the enterprise Risk Management Framework across Everest Managing Agency Limited and Lloyd's Syndicate 2786. The role focuses on building a proactive risk culture and providing second-line challenge to first-line teams. You will oversee ORSA processes, internal model governance, RCSA enhancements, risk events analysis and thematic deep dives, coordinating across actuarial, capital.
