Are you an accomplished Executive Assistant seeking a role with genuine influence, global exposure, and the trust to operate as a true extension of an executive leader? We are looking for an exceptional EA to support the CEO of Global Wholesale & Specialty Insurance. This is a pivotal position within our organisation working at the heart of Everest’s global operations, collaborating closely with the leadership team of a dynamic, fast‑moving business. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high‑level executive support to the CEO, ensuring his day runs seamlessly
- Acting as a trusted partner - anticipating needs, creating structure, and enabling him to operate at peak effectiveness
- Managing complex global schedules, travel, stakeholder relationships, and confidential communications
- Exercising strong business awareness and sound judgement when handling sensitive and high‑impact information
- Acting as an ambassador for the CEO in internal and external interactions
- Supporting preparation for global meetings, board‑level engagement, and strategic forums
- Bringing ideas, energy, and personal initiative to streamline processes and elevate the impact of the office
- Working closely with the Group CEO’s office, providing exposure and insight at the very highest organisational levels

- Proven experience supporting C‑suite executives within the insurance or reinsurance sector, or finance, banking, Global Institutions.
