Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the Head of International Claims, Global Claims COO and Head of Claims UK&I.
Key Accountabilities
- Extensive diary and travel management.
- Inbox management – monitoring emails to ensure appropriate and timely responses are given.
- Planning and organising events.
- Preparation and submission of expense claims using the Expense Management system (Concur).
- Management of team holiday requests.
- Assistance with the onboarding of new team members when required.
- Answering calls when required and liaising with clients and business partners.
Competencies
You must be a highly organised individual who has high attention to detail and is comfortable coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and global locations. You will require sound judgement and decision‑making skills, with an ability to apply logic, objectivity, and discretion in varied and sometimes complex situations. A thoughtful approach to prioritisation is essential, alongside the ability to work resourcefully and adapt when managing competing demands. You should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and anticipating requirements while remaining calm and effective under pressure. Confident IT capability is required, with experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat to support work efficiently and accurately.
