This is an on-site full-time role for a Pharmacist Manager, located in the Wales area. The Pharmacist Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate prescription dispensing, and provide immunization services. Responsibilities also include managing a team of pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with pharmacy practice standards, and delivering excellent customer care. Additional duties involve inventory management, regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous professional development for staff.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management.
- Experience supervising or working alongside Pharmacy Technicians to ensure operational efficiency.
- Skills in Immunization services and supporting public health initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Current accreditation as a licensed pharmacist in accordance with UK regulatory standards.
