Position Overview:
Quality Control (QC) ensures that products meet safety, legal, and quality standards before reaching consumers. It involves inspection, testing, and monitoring at different production stages to prevent defects and contamination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all quality checks are conducted as required and report any quality or food safety concerns to the Team Leader immediately.
- Maintain correct visual standards on the production lines.
- Ensure all products meet high standards of quality and finish.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines and GMP requirements.
- Participate in trials and pre-production launches to prioritize quality in all processes.
- Conduct sampling, testing, auditing, and monitoring to verify that all processes, procedures, and products comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collect necessary samples in accordance with procedures and protocols to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance.
- Be able to help on the production line in certain circumstances.
Essential Skills:
