Job Overview
Everest Group is seeking an entrepreneurial and market-facing Partner to globally lead its Experience, Sales & Trust (EST) service line. The Partner will be responsible for shaping and executing the service line’s growth strategy, research agenda, client impact, and market positioning. The role combines executive leadership, thought leadership, client engagement, business development, and talent development. The EST service line covers customer experience (CX), sales and marketing, and trust and safety across both services and technologies. While deep expertise in one of these domains is valuable, the successful candidate will primarily be an exceptional business leader capable of building an integrated market vision, developing high-performing teams, and creating measurable client value across the broader service line. As a member of Everest Group’s senior leadership team, the Partner will help drive firm-wide growth, collaborate across practices, and represent Everest Group with senior executives, service providers, technology vendors, investors, and industry influencers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision, growth agenda, and market positioning for Everest Group's Experience, Sales & Trust (EST) service line.
- Lead the service line's research, advisory, and commercial priorities, ensuring alignment with Everest Group's overall strategy and growth objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders on topics related to customer experience, sales and marketing, trust and safety, and related business services and technologies.
- Develop and maintain senior relationships with enterprises, service providers, technology vendors, and investors, driving long-term client value and business growth.
- Represent Everest Group externally as a recognized thought leader through research, executive briefings, conferences, media engagements, and industry events.
- Drive membership growth, advisory revenue, and strategic business development initiatives in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities, translating insights into differentiated research, intellectual property, and client solutions.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Partner with leaders across Everest Group to develop integrated market perspectives and cross-service-line opportunities that enhance client impact.
- Contribute to the firm's overall strategic direction as a senior leader, helping shape Everest Group's growth, culture, and market reputation.
Required skills and experience
- 15+ years of experience in research, consulting, advisory, outsourcing, and technology.
- Domain expertise in at least one Experience, Sale and Trust research coverage area, such as sales and marketing, customer experience, interactive experience, customer experience, trust and safety, or business process services.
- Proven experience leading large teams, business units, practices, or service lines with significant client and commercial responsibility.
- Demonstrated success building executive-level client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong business development and revenue growth track record in a consultative or advisory environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to translate market trends into actionable research, advisory, and growth strategies.
- Experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams and future leaders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
