We are looking for a proactive and detailed focused DA Analyst to join our growing team. This role will support the oversight, validation and reporting of bordereaux data across delegated authority business, working closely with coverholders, brokers and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop strong technical and market knowledge within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Receive, log and process bordereaux (risk and premium) from Coverholders and brokers
- Perform initial validation checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness and alignment with the binding authority agreements
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, following through with stakeholders to resolution
- Maintain bordereaux trackers and ensure timely reporting in line with internal deadlines
- Assist in producing reports and monthly committee packs
- Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with Lloyd’s and Company reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to process improvements, including automation and standardisation of bordereaux receipt and processing
Professional Experience:
- Ideally (but not essential) 1-3 years’ experience in insurance, preferably within delegated authority, operations or data role
- Basic understanding of bordereaux and London Market processes (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong excel skills (pivot table, look ups and data cleansing)
