  • Messaging, Content, and Asset Development
    • Lead development of core event marketing assets, including event websites and registration pages, “why attend” narratives, agenda positioning, speaker promotions, and email journeys.
    • Ensure each event has a clear, differentiated value proposition aligned to its audience, themes, and commercial objectives.
    • Oversee creation of event‑specific collateral such as overview decks, sales enablement materials, on‑site guides, and post‑event recap content.
    • Act as a brand steward for Events, ensuring consistency with Everest Group brand standards while allowing each conference to have its own distinct identity.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Everest Group’s broader Marketing organization, including content, brand, design, digital, and marketing operations teams, to execute campaigns efficiently and on schedule.
    • Work with Sales and client‑facing teams to enable targeted outreach, invite programs, and account‑based efforts that drive high‑quality executive attendance.
    • Collaborate with Event Operations and Program Management on timelines, attendee communications, on‑site branding, signage, and post‑event surveys.
    • Align marketing plans with event P&L goals, agenda themes, and sponsorship priorities.
  • Measurement and Optimization
    • Track and report on key event marketing metrics, including registrations, attendee mix, engagement, and commercial influence.
    • Analyze performance data and attendee feedback to inform improvements for future events.
    • Continuously refine messaging, channels, and tactics to improve efficiency and impact as the events portfolio scales.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams on invite strategies, account‑based outreach, and/or targeted executive engagement.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed organization, balancing priorities across Events, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of messaging and positioning.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to manage campaigns and report results.
