Everest Group is looking for a Business Development Director with extensive new logo sales prospecting and execution experience to join its growing sales team. This strategic role requires significant expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and advanced industry knowledge.
The Business Development Director will independently craft and execute territory specific business plans, strategically identifying high-potential clients and customizing engagement approaches to capture the attention of executive decision-makers. Given the complexity of client relationship management, the Business Development Director will leverage deep industry insights to develop compelling, client-specific proposals.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and possess strong new logo acquisition experience. Strategically identify highest-potential clients through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends to drive business growth.
- Relationship Building with Key Stakeholders: Develop and present tailored solutions that align with client business objectives, leveraging market knowledge and understanding client-specific needs to demonstrate how offerings address their strategic challenges.
- Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, client-specific proposals and business cases that highlight Everest Group's unique value proposition.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, making strategic decisions about client targeting, message creation, solution customization, and navigating the contracting process.
- Maximising your internal resources, you will work closely with research, marketing, and product teams to ensure business development strategies align with organisational capabilities and market positioning.
- Achieving key performance indicators, tracking pipeline and deal activities in Salesforce for visibility, continuous improvement, and alignment.
A Bachelor’s degree (or UK equivalent) from an accredited university.
