p strong Site Manager – EV Charging or Civils - (North West Midlands – Travel Required)- £300-£400 Day Rate /strong /p p strong Location: /strong Field-based /p p strong Salary: /strong £300-£400 Day Rate /p p strong Hours: /strong 7:30 am - 4:30 pm /p p strong Contract: /strong 3-6 Months Rolling (potential contract to perm) /p p strong Industry: /strong EV Charging, Civil Engineering /p p br /p p About the Role /p p My client is looking for an experienced strong Site Managers /strong with an EV Charging or civils background to oversee the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across the North West Midlands. /p p This role is strong field-based /strong and requires frequent travel across the region. You’ll be managing multiple sites concurrently, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery and acting as the on-the-ground lead for each project. /p p This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the green energy transition while working on technically engaging, high-visibility infrastructure projects. /p p br /p p Key Responsibilities /p ul li strong Site Setup Mobilisation: /strong Ensure sites are properly set up, including crew inductions and job briefings. /li li strong Project Oversight: /strong Oversee 2–3 active sites at a time, ensuring works are delivered to spec, safely, and on schedule. /li li strong Travel Coordination: /strong Travel across the North West Midlands as needed. /li li strong Communication: /strong Maintain daily contact with site teams and contractors, even when not physically present. /li li strong Issue Resolution: /strong Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track. /li /ul p br /p p What We’re Looking For /p ul li strong Experience in Civils or Utilities Projects: /strong Ideally with EV infrastructure exposure, though backgrounds in civils highly relevant. /li li strong Independent Proactive Approach: /strong Able to lead and deliver across multiple remote sites with limited supervision. /li li strong Qualifications (Preferred): /strong SMSTS, Streetworks (NRSWA), SHEA, CSCS – although attitude, safety mindset, and practical knowledge are key. /li li strong Flexibility to Travel: /strong Based in the North West Midlands with willingness to travel. /li /ul p br /p p strong If this is of interest, please apply directly.
