A territory owning, commercial sales role selling wind turbine aftermarket spare parts into owners, operators and maintenance companies across the UK and Ireland. This is a hands on, relationship led role for someone who wants to build and own a market rather than manage an existing patch.
The Role:
- Take ownership of a designated UK and Ireland territory, building and managing a diverse customer base of wind turbine owners, operators and maintenance companies.
- Expect regular travel to wind farms to assess aftermarket spare parts needs, developing a strategic sales plan to hit monthly and annual targets, and working closely with an international team to grow the business in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a designated territory and manage a diverse customer base
- Identify and assess customer needs within the renewable energy industry
- Travel to wind farms across the UK to conduct comprehensive analyses of aftermarket spare parts requirements
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Collaborate with the wider team on a weekly basis to review past projects and discuss upcoming initiatives
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable products, services or solutions
- Effectively sell wind turbine related parts to UK and Ireland wind turbine owners
- Maintain existing accounts while actively cultivating new business relationships

Requirements:
