Salary: £60k to £90k (bonus/ Strong package + Benefits)
Key Responsibilities:- Handle legal tasks from initial agreements (Heads of Terms) to final completion.
- Draft and review Leases, Sale Agreements, and Transfer Deeds.
- Conduct title due diligence and resolve issues.
- Prepare detailed Reports on Title.
- Manage legal aspects related to substations and Distribution Network Operators (DNO).
- Prepare Land Registry applications and property searches.
- Manage tasks after exchange and completion, including Land Registry registrations and SDLT submissions.
- Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in commercial property law, especially in the energy/utilities sector.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
