Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Fleet to lead business development and partnership growth across the automotive and EV sector. This role offers the chance to work with OEMs, fleet operators, leasing companies, and dealerships to drive electrification and support the adoption of sustainable mobility solutions.
The position combines strategic account management with hands-on business development, requiring someone who can win new opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and build trusted long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within OEM, fleet, and dealership channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to both technical and commercial requirements.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Manage tender submissions across public and private sector clients.
- Collaborate with fleet managers, technical teams, and installers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Manage incoming leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales reporting.
About You
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within EV charging, OEM, fleet, or car leasing sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Relationship-driven, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term trust.
- Proficient in CRM systems with strong performance-tracking discipline.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
