My client is a well-funded, high-growth EV charging infrastructure and investment company, backed by millions in secured funding.
They are rapidly expanding a national network of ultra-fast EV charging hubs, partnering with landlords, developers, and institutional property owners to deliver the infrastructure driving the UK\’s transition to electric mobility.
This is a strategic, senior appointment within the business, designed for an experienced professional with a strong commercial property background and an established industry network.
The Opportunity
As Partnerships & Site Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing prime sites for large-scale EV charging developments.
This is a relationship-led, deal-oriented position, ideal for someone who already has deep connections within property, retail, or infrastructure sectors and understands how to leverage them to create mutually valuable partnerships.
You\’ll report directly to the Managing Director of the Property Division and work closely with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and investment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end site acquisition process, from prospecting to deal execution.
- Identify and secure strategically located sites for ultra-fast EV charging hubs.
- Build and manage relationships with landlords, developers, agents, and property groups.
- Negotiate commercial lease and partnership agreements with high-value stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of viable opportunities aligned with expansion strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and project delivery.
- Represent the company externally at industry and partner meetings, providing market intelligence and shaping future growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years\’ experience in EV charging, property acquisition, commercial real estate, or infrastructure partnerships.
- Proven record of closing site acquisition or property development deals.
- Well-established professional network across commercial property, retail estates, or land ownership groups.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills at senior level.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to assess site viability and financial performance.
- Highly self-motivated, strategic, and capable of operating autonomously in a fast-growing environment.
- Genuine interest in clean transport, sustainability, or infrastructure investment.
