  • Produce detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings
  • Design sheet metal structures, enclosures and brackets for aerospace applications
  • Develop and integrate pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Support system layout, packaging and integration activities
  • Work closely with manufacturing to ensure DFM/DFA principles are applied
  • Participate in design reviews and technical problem-solving sessions
  • Support prototype builds, testing and design refinement
Required Experience
  • Strong background in mechanical design within aerospace, defence, motorsport or high-performance engineering environments
  • Proven experience designing sheet metal components and assemblies
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems integration
  • Experience working on propulsion, launch systems, UAVs or similar high-energy mechanical systems
  • Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA or similar)
  • Ability to produce detailed engineering drawings to manufacturing standard
  • Experience working in fast-paced prototype environments
Desirable
  • Experience in UAV or aerospace vehicle development
  • Familiarity with high-pressure systems
  • Experience with lightweight structural design
