Network & Service Operations Manager | EV Charging | Hybrid (3 Days London HQ) | £55,000 – £65,000

Overview

You\’ll sit across network operations, customer service, and technical teams, connecting the dots and solving the problems across the delivery team. Cable theft, H&S, reliability issues, customer experience gaps, if it\’s affecting how the network performs, it lands with you. You\’ll work closely with the Operations Director and have real influence over how the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a central coordination point across Network Operations, Customer Service and Technical / Field teams
  • Support and act as a key right-hand to the Operations Director across day-to-day operations and strategic priorities
  • Bridge the gap between the network ops and technical field teams, ensuring both functions are aligned and performing
  • Play an active role in supporting the build-out of the new hybrid field service model alongside the Technical Operations Manager
  • Take ownership of complex, cross-functional problem solving, whether that\’s cable theft, H&S, reliability issues or customer experience gaps
  • Analyse performance data to improve uptime and drive continuous improvement
  • Help embed a commercially‑minded approach to operational decision making across the wider team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, service delivery or programme management in an infrastructure environment
  • Background in EV charging (ideally)
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and solve complex operational problems without direct authority
  • Strong commercial awareness, comfortable making and advocating for tough business decisions
  • Able to think and operate at both a strategic and hands‑on level
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset
  • Commercially aware and pragmatic
  • Highly organised with an ability to influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑scaling business
