About the Businesses

My client operates two fast‐growing, entrepreneurial businesses within the technology, infrastructure and services space, each with a modern, ambitious culture. Both are working with major UK and international partners and are continuing to scale at pace. They pride themselves on being dynamic, collaborative and forward‐thinking, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As growth continues, they’re now looking for a proactive and motivated Finance & Operations Coordinator to support the CFO and contribute to the smooth running of both organisations.

The Role

This is a varied, hands‐on position working closely with the senior leadership team. You’ll play a key role in finance administration, operational support and office coordination, keeping everything running efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Finance Support
  • Creating and processing Purchase Orders
  • Managing supplier invoices and assisting with month‐end tasks
  • Helping track budgets, spend and approvals
  • Gathering financial information from internal teams
  • Supporting financial documentation, reporting and process improvement
  • Operations & Office Administration
    • Being the go‐to person for day‐to‐day office coordination
    • Managing supplies, facilities and general office upkeep
    • Supporting onboarding, HR admin and staff queries
    • Coordinating with external service providers and suppliers
    • Maintaining internal systems, documents and organisational processes
    • Helping to create a positive, well‐run and welcoming workplace environment
