We are working with a high growth, technology business providing data, forecasting and benchmarking tools to the global energy and power markets. With a growing international presence and an expanding client base, they are building out their commercial team and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join them in London.

This is a client facing account management role sitting at the intersection of commercial relationship management and energy market expertise. You will own a portfolio of accounts spanning funds, banks, developers, asset owners and utilities, with full responsibility for retention, growth and client satisfaction. You will be commercially driven, technically credible and confident operating across a sophisticated client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high value accounts with responsibility for retention, upsell and cross-sell.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, helping them integrate the platform into their strategic workflows and decision making processes.
  • Support clients in navigating complex power market data, scenarios and analytical outputs.
  • Feed client insight back to product teams to influence the roadmap and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor account health proactively and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on client goals and support broader commercial initiatives.
  • Represent the business at industry events and help build the platform community across the region.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success or sales within a SaaS, energy or technology business.
  • Demonstrable track record of carrying a revenue target and driving account growth.
  • Strong understanding of power markets and the energy transition, through direct experience or genuine sector interest.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with solid analytical and problem solving capability.

The package:

£60-75,000 base salary DOE plus variable bonus and strong benefits scheme. Hybrid working, London office.
