One of our key clients in the EV charging space is hiring a Head of Sales to lead commercial growth across the UK and parts of Europe. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong grasp of the EV landscape, a commercial mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the commercial strategy - driving revenue growth, building relationships with key partners, and expanding the white-label/ODM client base. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll be a key voice at the table, confidently engaging with stakeholders at C-suite and Director level.
You’ll be selling into:
- Energy providers across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe
- Manufacturers of electrical wiring accessories, circuit protection, and consumer units
- UK-based EV charger brands that outsource manufacturing or lack in-house production
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within EV charging, energy, or a related tech/engineering sector
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and scaling sales teams
- Proven success in closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of EV charging products and relevant UK/EU regulations
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Confident in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership
