The Role

The General Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the Manchester site. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong technical production background combined with commercial awareness and customer-facing capability. The successful candidate will oversee production operations, manage site personnel, support commercial activities and ensure customer requirements, delivery schedules and operational targets are achieved.
