My client operates two fast‑growing, entrepreneurial businesses within the technology, infrastructure and services space, each with a modern, ambitious culture. Both are working with major UK and international partners and are continuing to scale at pace. They pride themselves on being dynamic, collaborative and forward‑thinking, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
As growth continues, they’re now looking for a proactive and motivated Finance & Operations Coordinator to support the CFO and contribute to the smooth running of both organisations.
The Role
This is a varied, hands‑on position working closely with the senior leadership team. You’ll play a key role in finance administration, operational support and office coordination, keeping everything running efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Finance Support
- Creating and processing Purchase Orders
- Managing supplier invoices and assisting with month‑end tasks
- Helping track budgets, spend and approvals
- Gathering financial information from internal teams
- Supporting financial documentation, reporting and process improvement
- Operations & Office Administration
- Being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day office coordination
- Managing supplies, facilities and general office upkeep
- Supporting onboarding, HR admin and staff queries
- Coordinating with external service providers and suppliers
- Maintaining internal systems, documents and organisational processes
- Helping to create a positive, well‑run and welcoming workplace environment
About You
