The company works with some of the UK’s largest commercial and public charging networks and is continuing to expand its field engineering team due to increasing project demand and long-term framework growth.

This is a field-based engineering role focused on the servicing, maintenance, commissioning, and fault-finding of AC & DC EV charging infrastructure across commercial and public charging sites throughout the South East region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring EV charging equipment remains safe, compliant, and fully operational while delivering a high level of customer service on-site.

This role would suit an electrically qualified engineer with strong testing, maintenance, and fault-finding experience who is looking to build a long-term career within EV charging and renewable energy infrastructure.

  • Service, maintain, repair, and commission AC & DC EV charging equipment
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical and technical faults across charging infrastructure
  • Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections, and compliance testing
  • Complete digital service documentation and reporting accurately
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with electrical regulations and health & safety standards
  • Support reactive breakdowns and emergency callouts where required

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong electrical maintenance, testing, and fault-finding experience
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Inspection & Testing qualifications
  • Experience working on commercial electrical systems
