The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a field based new business position focused on developing and converting commercial opportunities across Scotland. You will build your own pipeline, meet senior decision makers on site and work alongside internal technical and delivery teams to create strong proposals and secure new projects.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking and client meetings
- Engage with business owners, directors and operational stakeholders
- Attend site visits and gather relevant technical and commercial information
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to signed agreement
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline forecasting
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable deals
- Build long term relationships with clients and industry partners
- Represent the organisation professionally during meetings and site visits
- Background in B2B business development or field sales
- Demonstrated ability to create pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Confident working directly with senior commercial stakeholders
- Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
- Willingness to travel across Scotland
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience within clean energy, utilities, construction, engineering services or facilities management
- Awareness of commercial energy costs or contract structures
- Any exposure to onsite energy or infrastructure projects is beneficial but not required
