Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
- Build long‑term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Qualify candidates through telephone and video interviews.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
- Write job adverts and candidate marketing campaigns.
- Develop new business opportunities and support existing client relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and market intelligence.
- Work towards weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (B2B, B2C, telesales, estate agency, automotive, retail, hospitality or similar).
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Confident speaking to people over the phone and via video.
- Competitive, resilient and self‑motivated.
- Strong organisation and time management.
- Professional attitude with a genuine desire to build a long‑term career.
Salary & Benefits:
- 27,500 basic salary.
- Uncapped commission (10%-20% of fees generated).
