Our Energy Advisory practice operates across EMEA and the Americas as part of a fully integrated global franchise of more than 100 dedicated energy professionals - one of the largest and most active in investment banking. Over the past three years, the team has acted in a lead advisory role on more than two thirds of the largest energy transactions globally, a track record that speaks to both the depth of our client relationships and the quality of our execution.
The practice covers the full spectrum of the energy economy – upstream, midstream, downstream, energy transition, green fuels, and energy services and technology – spanning the conventional and new energy value chain. Our client base includes some of the world’s largest integrated energy companies, national oil companies, sovereign governments, independent operators, and leading financial sponsors. We sit in the boardrooms of some of the largest companies in the world, advising on their most consequential strategic, capital allocation, and capital structure decisions.
- M cross-border and multi-jurisdictional a plus
- Degree from a leading university; CFA or ACA advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas and to engage at senior levels
- Calm under pressure with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about global energy markets, geopolitics, and the energy transition
