We are currently recruiting Qualified Social Workers to join our Children's Social Care team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment with manageable caseloads, structured workflows, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete high-quality assessments for children and families.
  • Safeguard and manage Children in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.
  • Deliver timely interventions and ensure families receive the appropriate support.
  • Participate in a

1 in 8-week duty rota , progressing newly allocated cases up to the first court hearing before transferring them, allowing you to focus on frontline social work rather than long-term court proceedings.
