We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for gathering and creating content that captures Evercam’s value through the lens of real customer experiences. This role exists to build strong customer relationships, gather real-world insight, and turn it into proof-led content and use-case messaging that supports acquisition, retention, and expansion. Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, you’ll develop customer-centric marketing materials that demonstrate ROI, improve brand positioning, and help drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline, from identifying candidates and scheduling interviews through to drafting, approvals, and publishing.
- Engage directly with customers to uncover insights and create narratives that highlight how Evercam improves workflows and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Lead customer interviews (virtual and in-person) to capture problems, workflows, decision criteria, and ROI/value delivered.
- Create high-quality customer proof content, including case studies, testimonials, quote assets, and sales-ready story summaries.
- Maintain a structured customer proof library so Sales and Marketing can quickly find the right evidence.
- Own customer communications such as newsletters and key customer updates, translating product changes into clear customer value.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to identify the right customers at the right time, set up interviews, and source stories across key segments and use cases.
- Support use case and vertical messaging by turning customer insight into use-case assets (one-pagers, proof packs, website copy inputs).
- Capture and share “voice of customer” intelligence (themes, objections, competitor mentions, customer language) to improve positioning and enablement.
- Develop a content pipeline that aligns with strategic marketing goals and Customer Success priorities, ensuring consistent output and impact.
Requirements
- Excellent people skills: warm, confident, and professional with customers; able to build rapport quickly and represent Evercam well.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex, real-world workflows into clear, credible stories.
- Demonstrated experience interviewing customers or stakeholders and translating insight into content or messaging.
- Strong organisational skills and an ownership mindset, able to manage a pipeline and deliver consistently.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product) and managing stakeholders to keep work moving.
- High judgment and attention to detail when handling customer approvals and sensitive information.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in construction or the wider built environment.
- Experience supporting events and coordinating teams.
