This is a remote/home based role to be based anywhere in the UK. The Senior Network Procurement Administrator plays a key role in supporting the strategic growth and management of the Everbridge Medical Assistance Global Network. This role provides oversight and proactive support in the vetting, onboarding, and ongoing management of providers. The Senior Network Administrator will work closely with the Operations, Clinical, and Sales teams, ensuring provider performance, cost efficiency, and the continuous strengthening of network relationships. This position reports directly to the Head of Medical Network and contributes to the department’s operational and strategic goals by facilitating high-quality provider partnerships and supporting cost-effective, scalable network expansion.

What you’ll do:

  • Research and Vetting of Providers: Identify gaps within the existing network and conduct detailed research on prospective providers. Assess quality, cost-efficiency, organisational fit, and long-term strategic value to support informed selection decisions.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Oversee provider onboarding, including background checks, credential verification, insurance, and documentation, ensuring compliance with Everbridge standards.
  • Contract Preparation and Strategic Support: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and finalising provider service agreements. Provide input on contractual terms to support long-term value and alignment with network goals.
  • Provider Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for provider inquiries and coordinate communication between providers, procurement, and internal teams to support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Strategic Analysis: Maintain and analyse provider performance data. Provide insights and recommendations to optimise quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across the network.
  • Cost Containment and Efficiency Initiatives: Work with Operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and operational efficiencies while maintaining service standards.
  • Relationship Management and Business Development: Build and maintain strong provider relationships, identifying potential service or revenue opportunities that align with Everbridge offerings.
  • Contract Review Support: Assist in reviewing existing contracts to ensure value, cost-efficiency, and alignment with organisational strategy.
  • Strategic Network Development: Contribute to the planning and execution of network expansion initiatives, providing input on provider selection, regional coverage, and service offerings to support organisational growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Clinical, and Sales teams to ensure provider network decisions are informed by operational insights, client needs, and long-term strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree in a related field; coursework in business, supply chain, or finance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation cost analysis skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and in collaboration with the team.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets and other database systems for cost of performance analysis.
  • Proven time management and organisational skills; ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks with competing timelines in a fast-moving environment and adapt to changing operational requirements.
  • Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Proficiency in written and spoken non-English languages is advantageous, but not essential.
