Overview

We’re looking for a TRM Associate Service Account Manager to help strategize with clients, deliver operational resilience, and grow our business. This is ideal for someone passionate about travel, risk, global affairs, and business development.

What You\’ll Do

  • Partner with clients to understand and optimize their travel risk management solutions.
  • Support SecOps, RFPs/RFIs, and deal activation.
  • Build strategic relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Assist in marketing, proposals, and event participation.
  • Support clients during critical events with timely, effective solutions.
  • Secure 1–3 new business opportunities weekly.
  • Convert marketing leads into qualified sales meetings.
  • Source prospective clients via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, SFDC, and other tools.
  • Craft client-specific messaging and coordinate with teams to follow up on new opportunities.
