Overtime is available but it’s entirely voluntary. Paid door to door, and paid lunchbreaks. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be tasked with delivering expert technical support and maintenance for our clients’ garage equipment and automotive workshops. Your core responsibilities will include: * Diagnosing and repairing a broad range of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, tyre changers, and diagnostic tools. * Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure client equipment operates at peak performance and enjoys an extended lifespan. * Providing on-site training and support, guiding clients on the proper operation and upkeep of their machinery. * Keeping thorough records of all service activities and delivering detailed reports to the management team. * Collaborating with both sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and offer suggestions for equipment upgrades or replacements. *Experience Required:* * 1-3 years of experience in servicing and repairing garage equipment. * Familiarity with various types of garage machinery such as lifts, tire changers, and diagnostic tools. * Applicants with either service or installation experience will be considered. * A strong willingness to learn and the ability to work independently. * Solid problem-solving skills combined with a practical approach. * A full UK Driving Licence. *Skills:* * Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. * Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team.
