As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be tasked with delivering expert technical support and maintenance for our clients’ garage equipment and automotive workshops.
Your core responsibilities will include
- Diagnosing and repairing a broad range of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, tyre changers, and diagnostic tools.
- Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure client equipment operates at peak performance and enjoys an extended lifespan.
- Providing on-site training and support, guiding clients on the proper operation and upkeep of their machinery.
- Keeping thorough records of all service activities and delivering detailed reports to the management team.
- Collaborating with both sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and offer suggestions for equipment upgrades or replacements.

- Familiarity with various types of garage machinery such as lifts, tire changers, and diagnostic tools.
- Applicants with either service or installation experience will be considered.
- A strong willingness to learn and the ability to work independently.
