Your Role
We scaled to 50 million users in just 2 years with a lean team of 75 people. Last year, we doubled our headcount. Now, we’re scaling again, and the next hires will shape what EverAI looks like at 100+ people. As our second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be central to that build, as you’re joining at a defining stage. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Alexis, and partner with leaders across the business to help assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally. We hire internationally and across every function of the company, with a strong focus on tech.
Key Mission
Identify, attract, and land top global talent, while helping build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Global Talent Scouting: Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide.
- Smart Sourcing: Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
- Candidate Experience & Evaluation: Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close.
- Process Innovation & Collaboration: Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows.
Your Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Global sourcing experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
