Your Role
Our tech team is expanding to support an ambitious roadmap. We need an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Backâend / Ruby) to help build and scale our product, define technical solutions, and experiment with new ideas.
Responsibilities
- Interact with the Product Manager to review project specs
- Prepare integration plans, breakâdowns, and estimations
- Handsâon code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing, and other delivery tasks
- Collaborate with the product team, web developers, SRE, and data scientists
Your Qualifications
Mustâhaves
- 5+ years of experience as a backâend or fullâstack engineer with recent RubyâonâRails work
- Experience in tech scaleâups or fastâpaced environments
- Code used by thousands of monthly users on largeâscale products
- English fluency, strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ownership mindset â you take full responsibility for your work
- Fastâmoving doer mindset â balancing craftsmanship and velocity
- Userâcentricity and obsession with exceptional user experience
- Comfortable building uncensored AI products (NSFW) and content

- Data science or generative AI experience (NLP, ML, MLOps)
