Your Role
You will report to the CMO and play a key, hands‑on role in executing and optimizing our high‑volume paid acquisition channels, guiding the end‑to‑end User Acquisition process from campaign setup to reporting.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of core paid acquisition channels or DSPs (e.g., ExoClick, TrafficStars, Meta, etc.)
- Create scalable acquisition funnels by ensuring proper tracking and gathering data insights
- Participate in the testing loop: prepare new ad concepts, organize creative assets, and set up audience tests
- Monitor campaign and funnel performance with tools such as Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards; flag any critical changes or anomalies
- Pull, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) for weekly and monthly reviews
- Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards
- Support the creative briefing process by gathering performance data and communicating required asset changes
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams to assist in the launch and testing cycles for landing pages, focusing on conversion rate improvements
- Document and implement systems to streamline creative testing speed and reduce fatigue
- Build rapport with key traffic source representatives, assist senior team in managing communications and reporting performance
- Research and document potential new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools, etc.)
- Stay up‑to‑date on platform rules, policy changes, and algorithm shifts
- Help us scale fast: execute daily campaign changes while keeping cost targets (CAC/ROAS) in check
- Contribute directly to the goal of growing from 30 million to 100 million users
- Launch new channels by setting up tracking and ad infrastructure for new platforms
- Run A/B tests on landing pages and funnels to improve conversions
- Translate performance data into clear creative briefs and ensure new ad concepts are launched and tracked correctly
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- Minimum 1 year of performance marketing or user acquisition experience
- Familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Technical aptitude: quick learning of new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces
- Strong analytical and creative skills: comfort with data/Excel to translate insights into creative briefs
- Experience running campaigns on adult/NSFW networks
Nice‑to‑Have
- Knowledge of basic online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
- Familiarity with any analytics or tracking tools (GA4, Voluum, etc.)
