Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company that specializes in producing high performance vehicles is currently looking for a Battery Build Technician. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and technicians to assemble and test battery packs, ensuring they meet exacting standards for safety, quality, and performance.
The Battery Build Technician will:
- Maintain detailed records of all battery build activities, including assembly steps, quality checks, and test results.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of battery assembly processes, suggesting enhancements and efficiencies.
- Utilize specialized tools, equipment, and machinery for accurate assembly.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections to ensure all battery packs meet established standards.
The Battery Build Technician will have:
- Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production roles, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
- IT Literacy and ability to utilise CAD Viewers & PLM database systems.
