This role offers the opportunity for a Motorsport Engineering Graduate to work within a hands‐on engineering environment, supporting the build, testing and development of advanced systems.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will be involved in end‐to‐end activities across assembly, prototyping and production support. The position suits someone with strong engineering enthusiasm who is comfortable working closely with engineers, suppliers and contractors to support project delivery.
The Motorsport Engineering Graduate will be responsible for:
- Supporting precision assembly of complex electromechanical systems and prototypes
- Building components from engineering drawings, schematics and standard operating procedures
- Assisting with prototyping and iterative build activities within an R&D environment
- Identifying and resolving mechanical or electrical faults during build and testing
- Recording build data, test results and quality observations accurately
- Supporting communication with engineering teams to highlight defects and improvement opportunities
The Motorsport Engineering Graduate will have:
