Having established a strong market position and built a highly regarded team, the business is now looking for an experienced leader who can accelerate commercial performance, develop strategic partnerships and scale the organisation for long-term success. This opportunity would suit an entrepreneurial executive who enjoys operating within dynamic, evolving environments and has a track record of driving growth within technology-led businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the long-term growth strategy.
- Driving revenue generation through new business development and strategic customer engagement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners and investors.
- Identifying new market opportunities and routes to growth.
- Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team.
- Creating scalable processes, systems and organisational structures.
- Providing strategic guidance and regular reporting to the Board.

About You:
- Experience operating in a CEO, Managing Director, Commercial Director or equivalent senior leadership position.
- Experience within EV charging, energy technology, renewable energy, clean technology, mobility or adjacent sectors.
- A strong commercial background with a proven ability to deliver business growth.
- Experience working within SME, scale-up or high-growth environments.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience building teams and developing organisational capability.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build long-term commercial relationships.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in evolving environments.
