Joining a growing manufacturing team, the Production Operative β MCU Assembly will support the assembly of high-performance electronic products used across advanced engineering sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, consistency and a strong focus on quality while working with sensitive components in a controlled production environment.
The Production Operative β MCU Assembly will be responsible for:
- Assembling mechanical and electrical components in line with work instructions, engineering specifications and production requirements
- Operating assembly equipment and hand tools, including torque-controlled tools and presses
- Carrying out in-process quality inspections, visual checks and testing activities
- Completing production records, quality documentation and traceability requirements accurately
- Identifying and managing non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement activities and maintaining high standards of workplace organisation through 5S principles
The Production Operative β MCU Assembly will have:
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow electronic or on-screen work instructions accurately and consistently
- Experience using production hand tools
